Malaysian government has finally dropped the decision of bi-monthly salary pays system, which tabled in the last 3 weeks.
As mentioned earlier in my blog, this policy is not practical because majority civil servants already committed to so many financial commitments, especially housing and car loans. Bi-monthly salary pays would definitely worsen their financial management. Besides, it also produces extra workloads to the treasury departments.
Why government's decision keep on changing?
